One of Pantai Merang beaches in December stormy monsoon season. Balmy day. You can see Bidong Island in one of the photos. This island is quite famous in late 70s n early 80s as it was the transit point for thousands of Vietnamese boat people after the Vietnam war before they moved on to their final destinations in Australasia, US n Europe. Sometimes it feels good to visit all these beach resorts when there is no maddening crowd in the off-season. You hv the resorts n beaches by yourselves n with some lost tourists from nowhere. So folks, try it n at the same time assist our countrymen in the tourism n hospitality industry in the east coast. Be cool n be safe..✌👽
