One thing i would like to stress is this.... People tend to ask me why i eat so CLEAN? avoid junk ( i do have sometimes, it depends on what im doing diet and training wise ), now here is my answer which is WHY i personally eat the way that i do... I put a lot of time into training, and consistently changing my body ( which has changed a lot this year ) i could not spend my time in the gym,kitchen and sacrifice many social things, to just stay and look exactly the same, to me its pointless, its like driving a car with no destination... Also it shows lack of commitment, I am an ALL OR NOTHING type of guy, and thats with everything, i cant just do the average, to get by with anything, because in my eyes that attitude gets you nowhere, and you always sell yourself short to what you are really capable off, and also its nice to go to bed knowing Ive done the best i can that day... Now eating clean, I could eat your average junk, ie chocolates, sweets, and still maintian and build a very good body, i train hard enough to do so, but is that optimal ? NO, but whats more to the point is the effect it has on your health, people who eat this way on a daily basis, are 50% more at risk to develop, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure etc, ( if you have had anyone suffer with these, its not a joke and can be horrible), i practice what i PREACH, and i get REGULAR blood work done, to make sure my body is running as optimal as it can, i do this every 3months, i get bloods taken and which is a complete strip down of everything in my body, (liver,kidneys,heart,cholesterol,etc,) i also get regular ECG checks on my heart... Pushing your body to the highest limit, can have its downsides, and you need to know what your body is doing , so you can alter and make changes as you go... SO to sum this all up, just because you can eat shit, and maybe look half decent, it does not indicate how healthy you are, unless you get blood-work your second guessing... and guess what? If you go to a doctor, whats the firs thing he changes if you are suffering from health issues, (high blood pressure, kidneys,liver, cholesterol etc, ) he changes YOUR OR ADVISES you on your diet, that is how POWERFUL food is..... Be healthy & Be Smart :)
