One year ago today I was a THA surgical patient at West Marion Regional Medical Center. I would not have undergone the procedure without the encouragement of Monique Pineault and Adam Pineault. They guided me to Bo and Dr. Duke and the surgery was a great success. I had countless prayers from so many amazing friends. I worked hard in Rehab with great doctors and therapists Terri Kelly Mazzella, Phil Afghani, and Joe Elam. I ate well, supplemented, rested and exercised. Today just one year later I am totally pain free, it was a super leg day at LA Fitness and I finished by doing 150 floors on the stairs! The human body is a miraculous machine and GOD is great!
