We have new Jem Raw Organics (a Bend, OR company) large sized jars of Coconut Cardamom, Cinnamon Red Maca, Superberry Maqui Camu, and Hazelnut Raw Cacao sprouted organic nut butters. These are great right out of the jar, in all your recipes, drizzled over fruits, used as cupcake icing.....You get the picture. We also have a fresh batch of raw milk cheeses, including a jalapeno feta, double cream feta, creamy cheddar, dill cheddar and caraway cheddar, from Cada Dia Cheese. These cheeses are made in Prineville, OR. Green Way introduced Cada Dia Cheese to Klamath Falls, and now the relationship has blossomed into a true romance. SOME of Green Ways ferments are ready, including a couple varieties of organic fermented corn relishes, organic preserved lemons, and even some pickled grapes (great with roast chicken or in cocktails).
