All positions below are for vacant postings on our RISE program which is being implemented in coordination with UNICEF and being implemented across the East, Central, and Western Visayas. Team Leader – Tacloban City, Leyte Civil Engineer – Roxas City, Capiz Technical Officer: Education – Roxas City, Capiz Location Coordinators –Leyte and Bantayan-Cebu Community Outreach Workers – Leyte, Bantayan- Cebu Standard Qualifications: Relevant and progressive work experience preferably in an international non-government organization; strong technical capacity in the required areas of work; in-depth knowledge and practical experience on standard humanitarian guidelines; demonstrated high-level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills including the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally with sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, social and political issues; skills in participatory, and child- and youth-focused community development with a supportive attitude towards processes of strengthening local organizations and building local capacities for self-management; self-guided, independent with strong facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills; supportive attitude towards processes of strengthening local organizations and building local capacities for self-management; and above-average written and oral communication skills in English.
