Originally my target for 20 rep squats was 110. However after completing that last week and then completing 112 i decided to try 115. I now have a new target of 120 for 20 which Ill be extremely happy with as only a few weeks ago I was probably only getting 8-10s out! Im satisfied with how it went today but not happy If that makes sense !? it felt a lot harder than it looks on camera haha! Gonna continue to use this method until I cant complete 20! Thanks to Crunch Gym for the spot and shouting at me, this is something I wouldnt wanna do without a training partner!
