Our Farm to Table menu (25 January) was inspired by healthy, summery seasonal produce. Chef Arno Boshoff, decided to share one of his fabulous salad recipes with us. I personally enjoyed this salad because, firstly it is dead easy to make and it looks impressive. Secondly, the fabulous flavour profiles and textures. You have this fresh vinegary cabbage with the delicate pumpkin and the splashes of sweetness from the grape and lastly this hint of the parsley running over your palette. Almost like discovering a good wine. - Arno Boshoff
