Our amazing mother - she lived a long, full life. She was most - TopicsExpress

Our amazing mother - she lived a long, full life. She was most precious to us! She was the tie that bound us; the glue that kept us together and the one who unified us. She was our inspiration and the hero beneath our wings. Although her passing is a sad milestone for me and my entire family, we are grateful for having her with us for 85 years and seven months. She will remain alive in our heart and mind and will forever be remembered. Our family (family of the late Gaspara Llanza-Magnata) wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathized with us on our recent loss. There are simply no words to express our heartfelt thanks for the sympathy you have extended toward our family during this time of loss. Words seem inadequate to express our gratitude! We are deeply grateful to you. Your kind, generosity and sympathy as well as prayers, have been a great help to us during this very difficult time. Our sincere thanks to all family (with their physical and spiritual presence) and friends (near and far) and neighbors, relatives (cousins, uncles and aunties) who attended the wake and funeral mass, sent flowers, cards and messages of sympathy. We will forever be grateful for the help, kindness and support/love donations we received. It has been a comfort to know how our mom was thought of by so many. I would say that the presence of so many people during the wake and funeral show that many people really love her and our each member of our family. Thanks to Fr. Herman, St. Joseph Chapel, for celebrating Mom’s funeral mass and his kind words. Thanks to the Asian Social Institute, through the leadership of our President, Dr. Mina Ramirez, including the staff and foreign students, for the spiritual, moral, emotional and kind support, along with their kindness and solidarity. Thanks, too, to our dear foreign priests, Fr. Dominic (Chinese) and Fr. James (Vietnamese) for celebrating mass for my mom during the 4th day of the wake with the participation of other foreign students. That was marvelous! Our family also wish to express our heartfelt thanks to the management and staff of HLD (Clark Airbase), Pulanglupa Elementary School (where my sister teaches) and Las Pinas National High School (where my sister-in-law teaches), for paying respects to our Mama, for spending time and for praying with and for us. We will be forever grateful for the loving memories you have shared with us and we’ll treasure them for a lifetime. Also expressing sincere and heartfelt thanks to all our precious supporters for our Mama who is now resting in the arms of God above. Your prayers are so uplifting, the flowers were so beautiful, the financial gifts so timely, the food so delicious and the many, many other acts of kindness so very appreciated. We rest assured that God took back our Mama to free her from pain. Praise God that His thoughts are ways not like ours. He did not ask us to understand, but rather to trust Him as our Loving Father who knows best. Once again, our family and I would like to offer our most sincere thanks for the (flowers, card, or other gift) you sent in memory of (Gaspara Llanza-Magnata) our mother. OUR SINCERE AND HEARTFELT GRATITUDE TO ALL OF YOU!!!
