Our final stop was at Bethany Church where young Matt Wolf preached and Gordon translated for him. He talked about the mountains on Colorado and in Bolivia setting up the story of Christs transfiguration. Not only that but Christ was the only one who willingly laid aside his glory to come to earth become a man and died as a sacrifice in our place rising again on the third day. He pointed out that when the disciples heard Gods voice telling them this is my beloved son hear him Moses (the law cb) and Elijah (the prophets cb) were swallowed up in Christs glory. And they saw Jesus only. They had a young boy who had a glorious voice as part if the group of musicians leading the worship plus a guitarist a drummer and the older man at the front leading the singing but with no books and no overhead we just listened and clapped along with the congregation. The congregation greeted us with red river valley again. Of course set to their words and at the end it seemed every person there wanted to speak to us greet us shake our hands etc the traditional greeting. Matt T and Matt wolf also did an impromptu child dedication at that service
