Our scout group is a very busy, active, loud place to be, where young members are being encouraged to have a voice and say in decisions being made for the good of all. Sometimes this means it gets quite boisterous. We encourage parents to stay and have a hand in helping manage and enjoy watching these young people grow and develop leadership skills that will last them a lifetime. Forgive leaders if they are not the leader you would be if you had the time. If you see an area that needs help and support offer it. Be part of the solution not the problem.
