Over the next 6 months the Board of Directors of Hospice Simcoe will be developing a new strategic plan to guide us over the next 3 – 5 years. As part of this planning exercise we would like to reach out into the community to gather information to assist us with that planning. We would like to hear from people who know us well; our volunteers, our donors, our partners and our staff. We would also like to hear from people who have used our services and from people who have never heard of us! The first step in this process is to gather information about how people perceive a “good death.” We have prepared a 2 question survey to get this input.
