Over the next couple of days, in an act of pure vanity and with a hint of self-promotion, were going to post a few of our favourite 2014 designs. Next up: Wed like to run an article they said? It will appear in the tabloids they said. It will be great exposure in the run up to Christmas they said. The story would be about our iRowie mobile case. They was a journalist from a news agency. We supplied a photo but the journalist also wanted a head-shot. Unable to send this to accompany the dozen or so questions the journalist asked, and being hassled on the phone at the school gates the journo says Ive found a photo from your Facebook page - you look quite professional. So I agreed... Saturday morning I open the paper and was met with this photograph. A face-swap with my Mum that a good friend had mocked up some time ago. It had been my profile pic for a while. Quite professional, aye? Sales generated by national humiliation = zero. Photograph 1 - The image we supplied. Photograph 2 - The image chosen by the journo. FWIW I thought this was hilarious. Mrs Digital was furious, and not sure what my Mum thought - but she does have a crackin beard.
