Overpopulation, a rising dilemma sweeping cities all around the world one after the other, especially the mega ones, and while that can be a positive indication for modern medical discoveries, it’s a residential catastrophe. Mega cities such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mexico and many others contain tones of unorganized blocks which have grown randomly depending on the human needs. But what’s next after these temporary residential units have transformed to be a continuous need without any other option? Whats next if such an organic urban fabric which misses almost everything related to the real functional infrastructure is invading our architectural concepts and designs?! Turning our sight against this reality should no longer be an option.
