PAMPANGA: The Kapampangan independent film Dukit is set to be presented to the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) for their evaluation and possible endorsement. Dukit main actor Willy Layug said that the film has been forwarded by San Fernando Archbishop Paciano Aniceto for presentation to the CBCP. Layug said that they are optimistic with the feedback of the CBCP as the film discusses secular themes underlying with religious and moral contexts. They are hoping to get more people to watch the film and attract Roman Catholic organizations to support the film for its values and message.
