PAY ATTENTION to this..... When Networking on Facebook or anywhere for that matter, assume that Every single person you talk to is CONNECTED to someone that Might just Change your life!! Some music Artist @ kind doev Just sent me two messages with his Link to some track to check out and send him feedback (Generic copy/pasted Inbox message #Spam) One weve never met, Were not even FB friends but yet Youre Giving me a paragraph description about how your music is so great and I should not only listen to it but also take time out of my day to give you feedback.... So what do I do, I gave him feedback....But not on the music but how to Make more connections and grow his fan base (I Should invoice him LoL ) As much as I wanted to tell him to kick rocks for spamming me I gave Him an EXTREMELY helpful suggestion that could help him Get a Bigger fan base.... And instead of At least Hearing me out b/c maybe he just doesnt know what works and what doesnt, what does he do?!? Responds back with some generic ass response and then BLOCKS ME! LoL doesnt Bother me one bit but Heres the thing... What he doesnt know is that my connections run super deep, especially in the music/entertainment industry...I even Hire Artists/DJs for events myself! Wouldnt it have been better to not only make a CONNECTION with me but also not just dismiss me b/c I gave him a piece of advice that he clearly didnt want to hear.... #PayAttention Because the Person youre Spamming instead of connecting with couldve been a potential gateway to Your Future...Or at minimum a potential Fan ! But hey what do I know, Keep inboxing links im sure hundreds of people are replying back to this guy begging for his music ;) LoL
