They find cute pics of dogs that are in demand, and then post them on their own page as if they have the dog in their possession. When the buyer goes to get that dog, the seller will give them a different dog that was not iN the pic. Here’s an example: Hollywood Puppies in San Antonio, TX has many pics of small tea-cup breeds for sale. Interesting how there are pics of these same dogs on other sites for sale. The person who owns Hollywood Puppies was keeping small puppies in a closed garage behind her house, and the county would not allow her to open a dog store. She got around that by having a family member put the store in their name.
