PRE-FINAL FORMAL REPORT: 01 MISSION: Wheres Waldo 2 MISSION DIO: HVT, Assault, Recon, Heavy Assault, Boat to Land Assault RESOURCES: Two stationed Black Hawks, with Two Stationed Hydra Armed Hueys PLAYER LIMIT: 50 PLAYER COUNT: 16 ELEMENT COUNT: 3 Mission Specifications: Randomized tasks that must be followed to gather information on the HVT, code named Waldo. All efforts and scavenged equipment allow for an all out final theater once he is found, location will remain randomized, however, and the map is too large to search entirely. Squad Leaders: Cloud, Soma Elements: Assault/Transport Air, Airborne/Infantry, Scavenged Heavy Armor and Wheeled Vehicles ADVANTAGES: Surprise, numbers, infinite spawns, relivable, custom kits DISADVANTAGES: Distance to shore, distance to respawns, enemy mobile AA emplacements MISSION COMPLETED: FALSE MISSION PROGRESS: SATISFACTORY MISSION SATISFACTION: POOR COMMUNICATION: POOR FORMATION: POOR SYNCHRONIZATION: POOR MICROMANAGEMENT: HEAVILY USED COMMAND: SATISFACTORY RECOMMENDED ADJUSTMENTS: Going over uses of the radio, and when it should and shouldnt be bothered. Going over absolute command, the idea that if someone in a higher position for that mission tells you to do something, it is to be done to the best of your ability. Going over micromanagement, or how each person should be able to take control over their own actions when a commander doesnt say what exactly to do. ---- Those are how the reports will be organized, and bellow in the comments, you are able to debate them, and the formal report will change after 12 hours, for a FINAL FORMAL REPORT. This report is entitled to be changed by: Shivnaz, second in command of all operations. Reminder that this was our first mission that was expect to be played 100% serious (most of the time), and will be expected to grow. Consider it the first test you bombed in a class.
