Passengers Without ILP Sent Back Over 1000 non-Arunachalee people, who were trying to enter the state without Inner Line Permit (ILP), were sent back from Naharlagun Railway Station by Papum Pare district and Capital Complex units of Students Union Movement of Arunachal Pradesh yesterday. Out of the more than 3000 passengers, who were trying to enter the state without ILP, only 50 possessed valid documents (ILPs), informed SUMA.
