About ICOET Founded in 2001, the biennial International Conference on Ecology and Transportation (ICOET) is the foremost multidisciplinary, interagency supported conference addressing the broad range of ecological issues related to transportation systems. ICOET features presentations for all transportation modes and topics of interest to attendees – researchers, biologists, engineers, planners, project managers, administrators, and policy makers representing government, Tribal, academic, nongovernmental, and private industry organizations.
