Peggy was not only a great teacher, she was a great friend. I looked forward to coming down our hall and hearing her say "I HAVE to tell you something!" I missed our hall chats on days that she was absent and I would have to call her after school just to give her the Elementary Scoop! It got to the point that we knew each others plan before we knew our own plan. This year, I started seeking out a new job. I would go interview and come back to tell her "they chose someone else". She throw her hands in the air and say "Thank you, Lord!!" ;). I never got to tell her about my new job or about that special person who would take my place. I know she will be watching both of us from Heaven. I miss and love you Peggy. I am praying for your family.
