People always ask me how I lost weight. When I tell them, they say, you have some amazing will-power. Self-discipline. Determination. I have heard it all. But the truth is, I dont. At least I didnt when I started trying to lose weight. I came into this program just like everyone else does. I worked hard, because I wanted results. I posted everyday in the group because I wanted my coach to be proud of me and she told me posting was essential to my success. I knew I needed to lose weight. And I wanted it. There were plenty of times this summer that I couldve eaten fast food, skipped my workout, and disappeared from the challenge group, but I knew that the others in my group needed my input just as much as I needed theirs. Truthfully, I hate working out. But I do it because it is what is best for me and it is only a small part of my day. I dont wanna go back to where I was before I lost weight. So my question is, why do you keep allowing yourself to make excuses? Why do you keep telling yourself you cant do something or that you will try to do something? Start telling yourself I WILL do something! If it is weightloss, I can help you and give you all the tools you need to succeed. I just need you to NEED it.
