Personal Assistant East London, Eastern Cape The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: Arrange all meetings as required Update and run daily Diary appointments (outlook) Will be responsible for taking minutes at all meetings and the transcription and distribution thereof to relevant person Will need to attend to follow ups on time frames pertaining to completion of tasks Will be responsible for all group quotations and tenders for both the Guarding and Cleaning divisions Management of all contracts, terms and conditions and will ensure all are signed with the Groups Clients in the Guarding and Cleaning division Ensure any changes are approved by the Group’s Insurances Underwriters Roll out and management of all Annual increments for Guarding and Cleaning division in the Group Will need to attend to internet banking and assisting HR when required. Manage and run the daily to do list for the various divisions that Director manages in the Group e.g.: Operations ,Finance , Human resources, Marketing, Sales and Personal Assistant Manage the Groups Work Instructions that relate to all divisions within the Group Co-ordinate and manage All commutations with PSIRA – Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority Co-ordinate and manage All commutations with SASA – Security Association of South Africa All affiliated bodies to the security and cleaning industry certificate and communication update Implement and manage a filing system Manage existing filing system on all work performed and managed Attend to Marketing and Sales, Power Point, website and Face book Requirements: Minimum of 5 Years experience as a personal Assistant Must be an energetic person capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines Computer Literate Salary: R9 000.00 Negotiable depending on experience, aptitude and qualifications,CLOSING DATE 06.06.14
