Phase 3--My Insanity Max:30 Journey. The spring of 2014 was CRAZY for me. I would like to share with you my journey and truly demonstrate that anything is possible. In October 2013, I submitted videos to Beachbody to audition for both the Insanity Talent Team and the P90X Talent Team. In February 2014, I received an email informing me that I was not selected as a finalist for the Insanity Talent Team (ironically). But, in a separate email, I found out that I was selected as a finalist for the P90X Talent Team. I was invited to attend the final audition in Los Angeles in April. I was very excited to just be considered. About a week later, I received an email from a different part of Beachbody inviting me to an audition in NYC in March for a part in a Shaun T fitness program. I jumped at the chance. The audition was intense! I had never done anything like this before. Baseball/soccer tryouts was probably the closest thing. So, a bunch of us get called into a studio. Theres Tania The Machine Baron from INSANITY. She put us through a 3 minute workout that was the toughest 3 minutes (up to that point) of my life. At the end of it all, I was asked to stay and do another workout. That workout was the toughest 6 minutes of my life. We were all thanked and told we would be emailed tonight and could be invited to come back on Friday. I was invited back. So, I went back to NYC on Friday. Shaun T was there. Talk about being nervous. Wow. But, I focused on form and went as hard as I could. At the end of it all, my name was called to come back into the studio. About 20 of us were standing there, praying that we dont get asked to do another workout because we were dragging. Shaun said, Congratulations! You did it! Words cant explain the joy, the emotion, the relief that we all felt. From that point on, the next 2 months would be the most physically demanding, the most emotionally charged and the most rewarding 2 months of my life. The cast of Insanity Max:30 are the most genuine people you will find. These real people will also show you real blood, sweat and tears in Insanity Max: 30.
