Picture this senerio...... you are at the end of a football field with a .40 cal handgun. at the opposite end of that football field I have a knife and I WANT TO KILL YOU. I start walking to you calmly...........at what range would you FEEL IN DANGER for your life and SHOOT ME? How many yards/feet away do I have to be to pose a threat to you and make you fear off your life? Then Watch the video and see if your getting charged for murder or walking away a free man.
