Please let everybody know. Due to popular demand (After talking with the students), they wish to have conditioning from 4:45-5:30. This will make it easier for the Freshman to get there as well as time to get things done right after school for some. So please bring your running shoes, energy, commitment, and intensity. This will also help on those days that some students have Indoor games right after school. This will also open up the weight room for some of the nights. Thanks.
