Maximum Penalty for Michael Heath Henley! Man That Destroyed His Dog By Attacking Him With His Shoe! Michael Heath Henley faces charges for destroying his dog after pounding him repeatedly with a shoe for not obeying. Henleys roommate called the police after returning home and could not believe what he had seen. The man was removed from the home and authorities started searching for the dog, named Cocoa, who Henley admitted he had put the dog down. Henley explained that the dog had disobeyed him and that he was trying to teach him a lesson. Henley grabbed the dog by the collar to bring her in the house and the dog bit him. Henley stated: he was not going to feed and care for a dog that did not obey him so he decided to destroy the dog and that he didnt know any better way to do it than to use his shoe. The body of the dog was found in the trash can. Now Henley is scheduled in court on October 30.
