A man was hit by a known suspect after he became belligerent, threatened several people and then attempted to fight the man. The man also was bitten by a dog while trying to break up a dog fight. 11:55 a.m. Saturday, 1600 block of West Ninth Street, domestic battery. A man reported a known suspect attempted to choke him and scratched his neck while picking up their child. 1:56 p.m. Saturday, Sixth and “D” streets, Tarra Rose Spencer, 25, last known address unknown, non-custodial arrest, driving while suspended. 3:34 p.m. Saturday, 1000 block of South Maple Street, theft of articles from property. 3:42 p.m. Saturday, 1000 block of North Washington Street, theft of fishing pole and bucket from side of river. A woman reported two juvenile males stole the items while she was in the river fishing. 5:01 p.m. Saturday, 100 block of North “F” Street, Charlotte Yanis, 59, last known address 102 N. “F” St., arrested on warrant, probation violation. She was being held Sunday in the Grant County Jail without bond. 6:32 p.m. Saturday, 4900 block of South Washington Street, Ronald A. Wills, 57, last known address unknown, arrested, operating while intoxicated and habitual traffic violator. He was released from the Grant County Jail. 8:15 p.m. Saturday, Wal-Mart, 3240 S. Western Ave., Clifton Reynolds, 22, last known address unknown, arrested, theft. He was released from the Grant County Jail. 10:14 p.m. Saturday, Dollar General, 1104 S.
