"Positive Affirmations" This session will guide you in using Positive Affirmations during a meditation. You will learn more about affirmations and how to use them in everyday life. Get to choose an affirmation from the box that is perfectly right for you. Information leaflet included. A Positive Affirmation is a positive phrase which you repeat to yourself that describes how you want to be. It is a tool to help develop more positive thought processes. Wednesday 9th October at 7pm.
