Posted about buskers a few days ago and it created a bit of chat .. Here is another of my favourite buskers and another of the mighty musicians who bring our streets to life.. people the co councils should be encouraging to play in our streets instead of making life difficult..This is the great Waterford banjo player Pat Power .. playing the fiddle..Pat was one of those wild and wonderful people who made Galway city the most amazing place on earth in the 80 s and early 90s where the troubadours and recitation tellers and seaweed sellers and musicians were the gentry and we all looked on in awe.. His backing band seem happy to have him leading the tune...Go neirí thú Pat agus coimead ag tabhairt suaimhneas duinn le do chuid cheoil..
