Pradip, Suresh in semis Suresh Hamal and Pradip Raj Bhandari representing host Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) advanced to Inter Airlines Table Tennis Tournament men’s singles semi finals on Tuesday. Suresh beat Fuyun Jiyung of China Southern 13-11, 11-6 and 14-12 at National Table Tennis Training Center, Lainchour. Kamal Shrestha of Qatar airlines defeated CAAN’s Prakash Shrestha 11-8, 14-16, 11-8 and 13-11 to secure his place in the last four. Likewise CAAN’s Nabin Bd Shakya made it to the quarters. In women’s singles Southern’s Liya Jing went past CAAN’s Pushpa Tara Shakya 11-5, 11-7 and 11-8 to secure third place.
