Pray for Blaine Baxley Usually, I would say we look forward to the weekends, but not in the hospital... The pace is slower, fewer people are around, and the quiet halls make the days seem longer...so for the first time in my life... I gladly welcome Monday. Right now, we are waiting... It is tough to just be waiting for all the numbers (counts) to be right for Blaine to finish the third cycle of treatment. Blaine is still receiving antibiotics, and her counts are moving up... Her ANC is over 1400!! Now we are waiting on her platelets to be at the correct number on their own (without transfusion) to start the last part of this cycle... We would appreciate your prayers for Blaines counts to climb to the right place for her treatment to begin, for the antibiotics to completely take care of all infection, for no side effects, and opportunity to go home for at least a few days... As well as continued & complete healing... We had no idea this hospital stay would be this long with such setbacks..
