Prayers for the families, friends, and coworkers of the crashed Malaysian Air plane. Without confirmed reports the news is still speculating what the cause of it is, but within these reports there are a couple things that we cant deny. 1) The plane was over a region of the world that is going through turmoil. We should be praying for all those who are in turmoil. 2) Those of us in the USA should really be thankful for the liberty we have and despite our own major political divide, we can repair it. We must not take our liberty for granted and this is an election year, so we need to be involved. Saying you dont like politics because it is an either or situation or neither major party represents you, etc. doesnt cut it. Pick a candidate that closely matches your beliefs, pick 2 candidates running for different offices - maybe they arent even in the same party. If you cant find someone to support and volunteer for - find a cause. The world will always have regions that are in turmoil, thankfully the USA has been stable - but if we dont participate, it wont stay that way, just look at the state and national news. Time to pray and be involved.
