Prayers needed,2nd epidural in back today in 2 weeks! The first one didnt work. This is pure steroids,not good for you, Ive had so much steroids in the last 5years all I have done is gain weight after weight, And yes I do exercise, I stay nervous anxious depressed and especially bad about myself. Embarrassed by the weight feel very bloated and fat and ashamed because I looked so good 5years ago before all this started, my self-esteem is all but gone! I need help prayer good vibes Thanks everyone
