****************Pre-Sales Consultant (Singaporean Only)**************** Key Responsibilities: • Support sales in business partners visits for technical discussions. • Be able to scope business partners’ requirement and translate them into a suitable technical proposal. • Provide good written respond to RFPs and present solutions to business partners. • Work with vendors and suppliers/principals to find suitable products and form better/strategic relationships. • Provide knowledge-based technical presentations to internal staff and business partners. • Work together with account managers and partners to establish and understand the customers’ requirements. • Identify the appropriate solutions that meet the customers’ requirements. • Effectively communicate technical answers to questions customers may have regarding the solution. Key Requirements: • Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 2 years industry experience working with customers in a presales context with technical and solution knowledge and experience. • Possess Network certification: At least CCNA or CCNP. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service, account management and negotiation skills with the ability to interface with a diverse set of clients • Ability to conduct formal and informal training sessions or presentations. • Clear commitment on the job role for minimum of 2 years of networking environment. • High Adaptability – Able to fit into the team’s as well as organization structure & culture easily. • Strong ability to clearly demonstrate solutions across a range of technical and business users. • Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge. • Strong communication/ interpersonal and presentation skills. • Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level. • Able to deliver business value in a pre-sales context. • Pro-active and highly motivated professional with a positive attitude.
