Preaching Principles 1. Pray like you are not going to study and prepare. 2. Study and prepare like you have not prayed. 3. Preach like you have not prayed nor prepared, depending on the HOLY SPIRIT alone. 4. Respect your audience, and never allow the size of that audience determine the quality of what you have to say. 5. Make sure that those that are there dont regret coming, and those that didnt come regret not coming. 6. Never preach to entertain, impress or score points. 7. Lastly, make sure when you step off the pulpit, heaven applauds you, and hell hates you even more. Dear LORD I pray for my Brothers and Sisters, including myself, that you will give us strength and power to destroy the works of satan. That every time we have an opportunity to preach, we will not only preach but minister. May we decrease on the pulpit that CHRIST may increase. In HIS NAME we pray.
