Pulled into Wildhorse Casino Oregon, just south of Washington border. Long day today, raining all the way from Nevada,, but above freezing temps thankfully no ice. Unlike last night Leaving Las Vegas .. driving at night on a couple 300 miles of 2 lane highway, rain turning to large snow flakes, and high shifty winds. I would much rather have stopped early on, but thanks to the infinite wisdom of The D.O.T. and the H.O.S. rules. Hours of Service. If I am to make this work, I needed the hours and so had to run all night in very dicey conditions. Thats our government at work,, making the roads safer for themselves in their offices in Washington DC. I would sure love to take one of those suits for a ride up through Wyoming next month, throw him or her out and let em find their own way home, in a white out winter hurricane blizzard. Oh ya, sorry my DOT hrs. ran out. A couple pics leaving the Great Basin this am. Nevada,, Guess whats coming around the next corner :)
