RAM FAILURE !!! Atimes when you tap the power button of your computer system, you discover it shows a sign of life but it is not displaying and optionally, giving some beeps. Most likely the culprit is the Random Access Memory (RAM) of your system holding constant the factor that the screen, with its connection is in good condition. Two solutions can be employed to solve this problem. Firstly,if it is that the RAM failed then all you need to do is REMOVE THE BATTERY OF YOUR LAPTOP, and locate the position of the RAM BANK where the RAM stick is and try to carefully pull out the stick.(Get the help of a PC Technician to help you in this so that you wouldnt damage the RAM stick, Bank or even the whole motherboard of the system.After successfully removing the stick, use a soft brush and methylated spirit to gently clean the surface of the pins of the RAM and its place of abode, this is called servicing.Snap back the RAM into your computer and try to on it.The system will work if thats the problem. Secondly, it might be that the RAM is damaged, if it is so , get another RAM of the same form factor and replace it with a new one.You can know that it is damaged if the first step above is not successful. OTHER REASONS THAT CAN CAUSE YOUR SYSTEM NOT TO DISPLAY:Bad Processor or failing processor, Failing or VGA chip, Bad screen, Improper connection of the flex from the motherboard to the screen. THANKS
