Thanks Sir. ... ************************ Dated : 19-11-2014 My Dear Reso Team , In 14 years, Resonance has grown from a small team to now an organization of 1750+ employees and 30 study centres with more than 60,000+ students currently enrolled in its 200 + Programs in its different Divisions. All this has been a result of the selfless contribution of all the employees who engaged themselves throughout the process. But, all these years, we have had an honored employee among us whose contribution and presence in the organization has been our prized possession. His hard work, dedication, enthusiasm, energy, commitment, innovation and leadership is an inspiration for all. He is the man who contributed immensely to make Resonance an Organization from a simple coaching institute which now proudly claims to have produced the highest number of selections in JEE (Advanced)/IIT-JEE. He strongly believed and made us believe also that processes could make anything simpler,less cluttered and scalable . His amicability and style of work has set examples of a great leadership for others to follow. He had established that how different departments can work in unison for the growth of the organization and that how much each department is important to the overall success. And not only this, he has formalized the organization’s environment in such an inclusive way, that it has become one such organization in the industry which has perhaps the maximum number of female employees. This is a clear indication of how Resonance preserves the dignity and respect of its employees and rewards their achievements in the best possible way. He has built management team of dedicated/ committed/capable people who will be helping through their part in taking Resonance on newer heights . His work, dedication and commitment to the organization has known no boundaries. My dear friend, colleague and a commendable employee of Resonance, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, you have been a true gentleman and an honest and committed resource of Resonance. You have proved far more than I could expect when I called you to join resonance. With emotionally filled heart, I accept that you will not be a part of Resonance directly now, but your services to Resonance shall remain an asset to the organization which each and every employee will cherish and celebrate forever . Being your friend and colleague, I have known your truest potential. And from what I have learnt, I would say that your achievements till date have just been a little dent in the whole universe of your capabilities. There is a pool of opportunities that are yet unexplored and God has opened them right in front of you. I wish from the depth of my heart, that you be successful in your new role as the President and CEO of SR Global University.
