Racialist mentality dominates everything in America. From people who only offer Facebook posts where a minority does something evil to white people to those who do the opposite. Media, academia, government, religion , corporations, all are under the spell of the great inconsequence. Race is taken as the predominant demarcation for good and evil, like and dislike, our people and theirs, and success or defeat. Take a recent USA Today article titled Danger of Digital Divide. The article decries the Silicon Valley industrys mostly white and Asian workforce. Offering absolutely no evidence of discrimination they call for diversifying the workforce with women, Hispanics and blacks. Diversity for the heck of it. In part they say, The industry that bills itself as a meritocracy actually looks more like a mirrortocracy. Later they admit it to be the most competitive industry and market. Think about it. A real meritocracy would not care about the ethnicity or gender of people but about who earns whatever is at stake. In such competitive market companies would select the best people regardless of extraneous considerations precisely because the competition is fierce. Yet, these racialists and genderists are still hooked on skin-deep demarcations. They are the ones who want no meritocracy, they want a taxonomy. They assume that merit runs equally across the racial and gender board because apparently merit has no connection to performance. Every year the immense majority of blacks go into sociology, anthropology and education fields for their education; they are virtually absent from the type if fields technology needs. With less minorities even entering these fields it stands to reason that they will not be present in the profession. About 98% of black PhDs are in soft-science fields. Why should they be hired? Because the racialists insist in the ideological commitment of forced (or fake) equality of results. Facts do not matter when it comes to the lust of race.
