Rahul Puniani, 2nd Year student of Chitkara School of Mechanical Engineering attended Relead-2014 An International program designed to equip skills to lead into the future at The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore at Bangalore, India. The foundations of Relead were in psychology, philosophy, personal growth, management, ecology and systems thinking. It used an ontological approach to leadership - looking at the ‘being’ of a leader.
