Rant: lets talk about how shitty Apple is doing right now with their products. 1. Brand new iPhone, two days of ownership and bumping into something with the phone in my pocket not only caused a tiny dent (OK whatever), but that tiny dent caused enough pressure on the screen to cause the white mark you see in the second photo. Not a durable device. 2. iOS quality control has gone to shit. Even after the 8.0.2 update, still having problems with 3rd party keyboards not opening without restarting an app, regular issues with auto-orientation, and lots of general design oversight with overlapping UI elements, etc. in Apple apps. To say Im pissed right now is an understatement. Ive noticed more and more issues with iOS since version 6 and I wrote it off to having an older device (4S). Now that I have their state of the art pocket computer I can officially say theyre just not doing well in the software development front.
