Reasons why Jesus peace be upon him cannot be God ? 1 - If Jesus peace be upon him is God, how can he die for our sins because God is Eternal? 2 - Jesus Christ peace be upon him taught Monotheism, not Trinity 3 - Jesus Christ peace be upon him never claimed to be God in the Bible 4 - Statements of Jesus peace be upon him contradict any suggestion of divinity 5 - Jesus peace be upon him was not perfect as Almighty God is supposed to be 6 - Jesus peace be upon him worshiped the Almighty God & prayed to Him 7 - If you had nursed Mary, you would have never considered Jesus God 8 - Jesus Peace be upon him, himself has said, Jesus of Nazareth man approved by GOD. 9 - Jesus peace be upon him, had many times said, my father is greater then I. 10 - Jesus Peace be upon him had come from the womb of Marry peace be upon her. He was Eating food, sleeping, drinking…. and cried for GODs help when he kept on the cross. You mean to say that God kept crying on the cross, Eli, Eli, Lama sabachthani? . . . Why hast thou foresaken me? (Matt 27:46) And how could he die when God is Eternal? One of those days Jesus went out to a mountain side to pray, and spent the night praying to God(The Creator)._ Luke 6:12 he(Jesus) bowed with his face to the ground, and prayed (The Creator) _Matthew 26:39 ...He (The Creator) has enjoined on me (Jesus) prayer and charity as long as I live. He has made me kind to my mother, and not overbearing or miserable. _ Quran (19:34) O Mary (Mother of Jesus)! Worship Thy Lord devoutly: Prostrate thyself, and bow down (in prayer) with those who bow down._ Quran (3:43) Jesus (pbuh) of Nazareth – a Man Approved of God The following statement from the Bible supports the Islamic belief that Jesus (pbuh) was a prophet of God. Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know. [The Bible, Acts 2:22] What our Christian brothers and sisters who believe Jesus is the God himself have to say about above verse of the Bible? Clearly He is not God according to the Bible and above verse undoubtedly prove this. Who believe Jesus is the God then let read above verse by replacing man word with God word ..Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a GOD approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by GOD in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know. Does this make sense!!! NO!!!! They do not follow Bible, they do not even know whats written in the Bible, they just need a religion to go on so they got one and keep goinng Position of Jesus (pbuh) in Islam: (i)Islam is the only non-Christian faith, which makes it an article of faith to believe in Jesus (pbuh). No Muslim is a Muslim if he does not believe in Jesus (pbuh). (ii) We believe that he was one of the mightiest Messengers of Allah (swt). (iii) We believe that he was born miraculously, without any male intervention, which many modern day Christians do not believe. (iv) We believe he was the Messiah translated Christ (pbuh). (v) We believe that he gave life to the dead with God’s permission. (iv) We believe that he healed those born blind, and the lepers with God’s permission.
