Recruitment December 15, 2014 AT 10:00AM WILSHIRE-METRO WORKSOURCE/AJCC 3350 BLVD Suite 500., Los Angeles, Ca 90010 Provides support to individuals living in the residential facility with all aspects of personal care and daily living. Assists individuals in daily activities to facilitate development of living skills. Life Skills Coach • Plans and prepares a weekly schedule of activities providing living skills learning experiences according to ISP and IPP goals and objectives. • Maintains all assigned documentation and data regarding participant including ISP’s, quarterly and annual evaluations, and ID/case notes. Minimum Qualifications • Proof of Valid California Driver’s License • Valid CPR and First Aid Certification • One year previous experience working with people in behavior management programs. Direct Service Associate • Provides assistance with personal needs that may include assistance with meals, and all aspects of personal care. • Assists in the monitoring and passing of medications including monitoring the ability of the consumer to self-administer and ensuring that a skilled professional is monitoring the administration when the client is unable. • May be required to transport individuals to various locations including health care appointments. • DSP I certification • DSP II certification Note** DSP training is free through the ROCP.
