Reentry Program Position Available - GENERAL SUMMARY This position is responsible providing comprehensive services and information resources that enable participants to take active responsibility for their career decision and job search. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develops career services and career counseling approaches for changing participant populations. Oversees the development and maintenance of Internet applications and databases that support and deliver career services to participants and employers. Maintains operational procedures and guidelines in Job Search Network Assists with participant activity reporting Reviews and assists participants working in ResumePro Assists with general computer and navigational issues on the internet Maintains Job Board by ensuring all postings are current and active Partners with Employment Counselors to discuss individual caseloads Provides guidance during job search and partners with Job Developers to increase placement results QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION Qualifications: 1-3 years experience in Career Counseling or Employment Services Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong customer service skills Demonstrated proficiency with Internet Job Search
