Refuse to comply. Use strong encryption on every device and connection. Do not casually use unsecured WiFi or unsecured protocols (like HTTP instead of HTTPS). Be careful about what connection to the internet you use. Avoid risky/illict behavior over the cellular connection associated with your identity. If you use unsecured WiFi to gain internet access anonymously, be sure to use secure and anonymizing protocols, and do not use same network and/or device for illicit/risky purposes as for benign purposes. Be very careful about using anonymous/fictitious accounts and identity-attached accounts within the same session/same device/same network. It is easy to correlate the activities and build a case. It is a severe personal security risk - tantamount to self-incrimination, and gives LE a very effective way to plant false evidence of other criminal acts. It also violates your TOS agreement with the provider, and is a dangerous precedent.
