Our Facility Services Division provides a range of Non Security Staff & Services tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. However, all these staffs are trained in basic security and are background checked to the highest standards. The personnel are individually recruited and trained to meet the service level requirements of our customers. Presently, we are providing the following services through our various offices in Pakistan: House Keeping Staff – Project Manager, House Keeping Supervisor, Janitors etc. Office staff – receptionists, secretaries, records entry operators, delivery staff, etc. Maintenance personnel – plumbers, electricians, etc. Warehouse staff – forklift drivers, packers, checkers etc. Miscellaneous – chauffeurs, back of the house staff, Lift Operators etc. RCS operates 3 Security Training Schools. These Schools impart training according to a stringent syllabus that has been approved by the US Embassy. Each and every guard is trained at these Schools before assigned to any post.
