Mark 11:23 (NIV) MEDITATION The childhood rhyme speaks to the ineffectiveness of words as compared to sticks and stones. Little wonder, after all, the giant terrorized the children of Israel with his words for days, until the shepherd boy with the staff picked up five stones to vanquish him. Jesus Christ however brought a new order, and he might have said something like You have heard that it was said of old that David vanquished the giant with 5 stones, but I say to you, just say the word, and your mountain will move. Is there a mountain of obstacles before you today? Just say the word! CONFESSION No mountain of hindrance obstructing my life will be able to stand before the command of faith spoken by me today. PRAYER I command you the mountain of (be specific) to lift yourself, and go, throw yourself into the sea in Jesus name! Amen.
