SPORTS UPDATE: Jamie Carragher believes that Arsenal have the best chance of progressing to the quarter-finals of the Champions League rather than Manchester City or Chelsea. The Gunners were handed a last-16 clash against Monaco, which Carragher feels presents them with a better opportunity of reaching the latter stages of the competition, as Jose Mourinhos men face Paris Saint-Germain while City come up against Barcelona.
