SSD Parents: I appreciate the support many of you haven given the studio and me personally over the last four years. Many of you have provided much needed encouragement during these four years, and requested me to bid again on the 2013 – 2014 SSD school pictures contract. The results of the bid were announced today and will be approved at tomorrow nights (Tuesday) board meeting. The SSD Administration did not accept Mediagraphix bid again this year. Your school pictures this year will be provided by one of the following studios: Scrivener and Son studio – Maben Ralph Jones Photography - Greenville Lisa Browning Photography – Tupelo (studio who had contract for 2012 – 2013 school year) Before anyone asks I have no idea why my bid was not accepted, but I feel God must have another plan for the studio and the direction we are to go. An SSD principal gave me incredible advice 1.5 years ago and that was simple: Be still and know that I am God; (Psalms 46:10) So with that said, I sincerely appreciate all the kind words, support, and questions about the SSD contract for the 2013 – 2014 school year, but it is obviously not suppose to happen again this year. Lisa and I appreciate your support as we try to determine the direction the studio is to go in the future now that we are at this crossroads.
