SUPREME COURT-I reiterate my position that this court has no jurisdiction hearing the appeals before it regarding rulings on election petitions.the constitution is very clear that this court can only hear such matters where they relate to interpretation of the constitution i.e where the Court of Appeal may have erred in interpreting the constitution,or where such appeal concerns general public benefit.the appeals before it on petitions do not meet either of these two thresholds.the appeals before it are about tallying.nothing about constitutional issues.secondly we will now have a Supreme Court which will be busy all year round hearing appeals on petitions right down from MCAs to the presidential vote.this court is giving itself a jurisdiction it lacks. we have a theatrical and self-confused judiciary.
